Maymon Leads A.P. All State Team

Madison Memorial's Jeronne Maymon has been named the Associated Press High School Boys Basketball Player of the Year for the 2nd straight year.  Joining Maymon on the AP All-State First Team are; Jamil Wilson of Racine Horlick, Vander Blue of Madison Memorial, Antone Byrd of Milwaukee Washington and Ben Averkamp of Germantown.

The A.P. All-State 2nd Team includes; Flavien Davis of Wisconsin Lutheran, Kameron Cerroni of Sussex Hamilton, Nolan Free of Sheboygan North, Jason Ziemer of Verona and Danny McKeown of Milwaukee North.

The 3rd Team includes; Jimmy Whitehead of LaCrosse Aquinas, Steve Tecker of Maple Northwestern, Jimmy Sherburne of Whitefish Bay, Jake Thomas of Racine St. Catherines, and Marquis Mason of Madison East.

The 4th Team includes; Jake Hottenstine of Bay Port, Josh Gasser of Port Washington, Derek Semenas of Laconia, Garrett Maloney of Milwaukee Marquette, and Tyler Brown of Eau Claire North.

Benton's Jim Blaine is the Associated Press Coach of the Year.
