Packers announce signing of free agent safety

March 10, 2009 By WRN Contributor

It's been talked about for days and the Green Bay Packers made it official yesterday (Monday) with the signing of former Pittsburgh Steelers safety Anthony Smith.

Two Packer restricted free agents, safety Jarrett Bush and fullback John Kuhn are busy searching for deals.  Bush spent time talking with the Tennessee Titans on Monday and is scheduled to fly to Baltimore on Wednesday.  Kuhn visited Cincinnati on Monday after previously visiting Arizona.
