Rain forecast in San Francisco

April 7, 2009 By WRN Contributor

The Brewers are scheduled to open the 2009 season in San Francisco against the Giants this afternoon (3:20pm), but getting the game in may be a challenge.

There's heavy rain in the forecast for this afternoon in the Bay area and the Giants are talking about playing a doubleheader tomorrow.  The Brewers have just one series in San Francisco this season, meaning the two teams will have to do what they can to get the games in.

There's also a chance of rain both Wednesday and Thursday as well.  The Brewers return home Friday to face the Cubs at Miller Park.
