Brewers minor leaguer suspended for 50 games

Milwaukee Brewers minor league pitcher Pedro Lambertus had been hit with a 50-game suspension after testing positive for steroids. 

Lambertus plays for the Brewers Class “A” affiliate in the Fox Cities, the Wisconsin Timber Ratters of the Midwest League.  The 20 year old Lambertus is a native of the Dominican Republic.  He's 0-1 with one save and a 4.91 ERA in three relieve appearances this season.
