Fatal fire in Waupaca County

A mobile home fire in the Waupaca County Town of Lind overnight claimed a man's life. Sheriff's deputies and firefighters arriving on the scene in the Spencer Lake area about five miles south of Waupaca found the home engulfed in flames.

Firefighters found the body of a 55 year-old man inside the residence. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation and the State Fire Marshall's Office has been called in to assist.
