Troy Tulowitzki and Brad Hawpe homered to life the Colorado Rockies to a 4-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers at Miller Park on Wednesday. Former Brewer Jorge De La Rosa also worked 6 strong innings to beat his former team, as the Rockies won their 7th in a row. De La Rosa came into the game with an 0-2 record and a 3.03 ERA against the Brewers. That's Colorado's longest winning streak since they won 11 in a row in September of 2007.
Colorado improved to 9-4 under manager Jim Tracy since he took over for Clint Hurdle.
Dave Bush (3-3) worked just five innings and took the loss.
The Brewers, who won 18 games in May, are off to a 3-6 start in June. They still have a game and a half lead on St. Louis atop the Central and will try to avoid a sweep by the Rockies when the two teams play a day game today.
