July 23, 2009 By WRN Contributor

The Packers signed 5th round pick Quinn Johnson to a deal on Wednesday. Johnson was considered the best fullback in this past springs draft coming out of LSU. He is expected to challenge Kory Hall and John Kuhn for the starting spot in the Packers backfield.

First round picks BJ Raji and Clay Matthews are the only unsigned players left from last springs’ draft. Training Camp opens August 1st.
