Rams sign former Packer, Martin

Ruvell MartinFormer Green Bay Packers wide receiver Ruvell Martin is expected to practice with his new team, the St. Louis Rams today.  The two sides reached a contract agreement on Tuesday.

Martin joins a Rams team that was shutout in their opener against Seattle on Sunday.  He was one of four receivers in for tryouts in St. Louis yesterday (Tuesday).  Martin spent the last three seasons with the Packers, and was waived in the teams final cut-down this fall.
