Bucks pick up rare road victory

January 6, 2010 By Bill Scott

The Milwaukee Bucks won for just the 4th time in 15 road games this season, knocking off the NBA’s worst team, the New Jersey Nets 98-76 in East Rutherford, NJ on Tuesday night.

Andrew Bogut scored 14 of his 18 points in the second half and Carlos Delfino added 17 for the Bucks, who won their second straight.

Former Buck Yi Jianlian had 22 points to lead the Nets, (3-31) who have dropped 31 of their first 34 games this season.

Bucks guard Michael Redd scored nine points and surpassed former Buck Bob Dandridge and into fourth place on the all-time franchise scoring list.

The Bucks are off until Friday night when they host division rival Chicago at the Bradley Center.
