Bucks start cold and finish cold in loss

February 10, 2010 By Bill Scott

The Milwaukee Bucks night got off to a shaky start, scoring just 9-points in the first quarter (4-25 FG’s) and then went cold again in the fourth quarter and fell to the Detroit Pistons 93-81 at the Bradley Center.

Tayshaun Prince, Rodney Stuckey and Ben Gordon all scored 18 points for the Pistons.  Detroit trailed 64-62 to start the fourth quarter, then got hot.  The Pistons shot 65% in the 4th quarter and outscored the Bucks 29-19.

Brandon Jennings ad 18 points and Andrew Bogut 17 points and 18 rebounds, but guard Charlie Bell said the Bucks just didn’t come ready to play.

The Bucks (23-27) fell 4-games below .500 with one to play before the all-star break.  They’ll face the New Jersey Nets in New Jersey tonight.
