Hoewisch is Horizon League women’s Player of the Week

Green Bay Phoenix junior Celeste Hoewisch has been named Horizon League women’s basketball player of the week.

The former Hortonville star scored a career best 23 points in Saturday’s win over rival UW-Milwaukee.  Hoewisch is averaging 13.5 points a game this season.  She also helped the Phoenix win their 20th game of the season.  The Phoenix have won 20 or more games now for 11 straight years.
