School staff circulates “adult” content

February 4, 2010 By WRN Contributor

The Middleton-Cross Plains School District has disciplined a nine staff members and one administrator after the discovery of an email containing “adult content”. Administrators found what they considered to be inappropriate messages from one middle school teacher, who was suspended on unpaid leave. That prompted a district-wide investigation, in which several other violations were discovered, most of them among the Middleton High School staff. Seven high school teachers are also in trouble, and one substitute teacher was let go.
