Marquette faces St. John’s in Big East Tournament today

The Marquette Golden Eagles will take on St. John’s in the second round of the Big East men’s basketball tournament today.

While Marquette had a first round bye, St. John’s advanced to today’s game by rolling to a 73-51 win over Connecticut in opening round play yesterday.

The 5th seeded Golden Eagles enter play with a 20-10 record and has a 10-game win streak against the Red Storm.  Tip time today is around 1pm and will be televised live by ESPN.
