A new way to support the Brewers

April 8, 2010 By WRN Contributor

Fans of the Milwaukee Brewers have a new option when it comes to showing team support.

The state is now offering specialty license plates featuring the team’s baseball glove logo. DMV Supervisor Vicky Harkins says they’ve only been available for just over a week and there’s already been a strong response. She expects them to be quite popular in the years to come.

The plates require an initial $15 issuance fee, then an annual $25 donation that will be used to help bay off the debt at Miller Park.
