Havner signs and reports to Green Bay

April 2, 2010 By Bill Scott

Green Bay Packers tight end Spencer Havner, recovering from a broken shoulder bone suffered in a motorcycle accident last month in California, signed his exclusive rights free agent tender this week.  In doing so, Havner began taking part in the Packers off-season conditioning program this week.

Havner was arrested by Nevada County police on suspicion of driving under the influence, but the district attorney’s office has yet to file charges.
