Kenosha’s K-DOG finds marijuana grow

April 16, 2010 By WRN Contributor

Sometimes parents should listen to the children.

Kenosha’s K-DOG unit, armed with a search warrant, searched the home of 46 year old Frank Ruffalo and found an active marijuana grow. Officers found two grow rooms in the basement, seven marijuana plants and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.

Ruffalo’s 9 year old daughter was also home at the time. Because of conditions in the home and the two grow rooms, juvenile crisis was contacted.

According to a sheriff’s department news release, as she was leaving the home, she commented “I told you not to have that stuff.”

Ruffalo is being held on a couple of felonies and a misdemeanor.
