Another step forward for Capuano

May 14, 2010 By Bill Scott

Milwaukee Brewers “lefty” Chris Capuano took another big step forward in his comeback from two “Tommy John” reconstructive elbow surgeries.

Capuano worked 8 scoreless innings for AAA Nashville in his first start with the club after being moved from Class A Brevard County.

Capuano allowed just 3 hits and 2 walks with 5 strikeouts in Nashville’s 8-0 win over Tacoma.  Combined with  Capuano’s outings at single “A”, he’s 3-0 with a 0.79 ERA.
