May 5, 2010 By WRN Contributor

Texas authorities are looking for the man Madison police say shot and killed rival gang member 19 year old Antonio Perez last week outside a Fordem Avenue business. The alleged gunman, 21 year old Ivan Lozenzo, was last seen going from Port Arthur, Texas, to Groves, about 95 miles east of Houston. Also last night, police and U.S. marshals in Indiana arrested a 15-year-old boy suspected of having a role in the murder.

Lozenzo and three others, 19 year old Karen M. Giron-Cruz, of Madison; 23 year old Billy Say, also of Madison; and 16 year old Victor Velasquez of Fitchburg, a student at Verona High School were charged yesterday in Dane County Circuit Court with being a party to first-degree intentional homicide in the killing.
