Brewers Avoid Sweep

The Milwaukee Brewers avoided the three game sweep in Colorado with a 6-1 win on Sunday afternoon.  The Crew exploded for five runs in the top of th 9th to grab the series ending win.

Rickie Weeks and Corey Hart each cracked two run doubles in the big frame and made a winner out of Trevor Hoffman who pitched a scoreless 8th.  Starter Randy Wolf gets the no decision after tossing 7 innings, giving up just one run and three hits.

The Brewers will take Monday off before opening up a three game set with teh Twins at Miller Park on Tuesday night.
