The Green Bay Packers wrapped up offseason workouts on Tuesday and are now off until training camp opens at the end of July. Most players are getting out of Green Bay for the next month, but most are still working out.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers says that he’s leaving for San Diego where he’ll workout wit a handful of other NFL players. Defensive back Charles Woodson says that he had all the time off he needed right after the season and wishes they could get things going with training camp right now. He’ll used the next month to continue to prepare for the 2010 season. Nick Barnett is also going to California for a month He says he’ll workout everyday but also take some time to enjoy the ocean.
Packer players are scheduled to check into their dorms at St. Norbert College on July 30th to start training camp.
