Alvarez Leads UW Hall of Fame Inductees

Barry Alvarez headlines a six member class set for induction in the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department  Hall of Fame.  The former Badger football coach and current Athletic Director will be joined in the induction ceremony by All-American Dan Lanphear who played football in the late 1950s, Four time Academic All American football player Don Davey, two-time NCAA champion wrester, Donny Pritzlaff, 12-time All-American swimmer Ellen Stonebraker, and the highest scoring defenseman in Wisconsin history Theran Welsh. 

 This year’s Hal of Fame ceremony is set for September 10th.
