Crabtree may be a longshot, but he’ll battle to the end

August 21, 2010 By Bill Scott

Tom Crabtree is continually being singled out for his play in Green Bay Packers training camp by head coach Mike McCarthy.  But Crabtree is dealing with a hand injury and there’s questions as to whether or not he’s going to be a player that can catch the ball the way he needs to.

Crabtree missed one practice, on Monday, to undergo further tests on his hand.  Things turned out just fine and Crabtree was back on the field on Tuesday.  He knows he can’t afford to miss any time to have a chance to make the Packers roster.

I talked with Crabtree earlier this week to get some of his thoughts on this 2010 Training Camp.
