Bail set for driver in triple homicide

October 11, 2010 By WRN Contributor

Bail has been set at $30,000 cash for an alleged drunk driver accused of killing three college students along the Interstate. 31-year-old Bradley Erickson made his initial appearance in Dane County court on Monday, where a judge also ordered not to consume alcohol or drive if he is released.

Erickson is charged with intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. He was arrested last week after police say he ran his vehicle into a car parked on the shoulder of Interstate 39 near Madison. Three Minnesota college students, who were changing a flat tire on the vehicle, were killed in the collision.
