Brillion remains perfect in championship games

November 19, 2010 By Bill Scott

Brillion’s Justin Zeamer took an end around off the second-half kickoff and raced 80 yards for a touchdown, breaking a 3-3 tie and leading the Lions to a 31-10 victory over Colby in the WIAA Division 5 Championship game.

The Lions are now a perfect 4 for 4 in state championship games, winning previous titles in 1984, 2003 and 2004.

Brillion held Colby to 197 total yards and its lowest point total of the season.
