Packers activate Starks from PUP list

November 9, 2010 By Bill Scott

While the Green Bay Packers are in their bye week, the Packers made a roster move.  They activated RB James Starks from the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list and released linebacker Robert Francois.

Starks was a 6th round pick by the Packers out of the University of Buffalo, #193 overall.  He has been sidelined by a hamstring injury since August.

Francois appeared in three games for the Packers this season.
