 his first NFL start.

Rodgers hasn’t been cleared by team doctors to play after missing the entire week of practice.  He started attending team meetings on Friday.

The Packers signed practice squad quarterback Graham Harrell to the active roster and placed safety Anthony Smith on injured reserve.  Harrell will back up Matt Flynn tonight.
