Hockey Badgers sweep Bemidji State

The Wisconsin Badger hockey team capped off a 2-game sweep of Bemidji State by beating the Beavers 2-0 on Saturday night at the Kohl Center. 

Wisconsin (10-7-3, 6-6-2 WCHA) beat Bemidji State 3-2 on Friday night, scoring three straight goals after spotting the Beavers the first two goals of the game.

Michael Mersch and Podge Turnbull had goals in the 2-0 win for the Badgers.  Wisconsin doesn’t play again until after Christmas, hosting Massachusetts on December 30th at the Kohl Center.
