Stricker bounced from “Match Play” field

Madison’s Steve Stricker has been bounced from the opening round of the

Accenture Match Play Championships in Marana, Arizona on Wednesday.

Stricker lost to 17-year old Matteo Manassero.  He joins other top American seeds Tiger Woods and Jim Furyk on the sidelines after they lost their opening round matches as well. 

Menomonee Falls native Mark Wilson won his first round match and advanced to second round action today.
