NFL to release schedule tonight

The NFL will release the 2011 regular-season schedule at 6pm tonight on the NFL Network. 

The Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers will host the first game of the season on Thursday night, September 8, at Lambeau Field.  Their opponent will be unveiled tonight.

The NFL also announced that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Chicago Bears will square off October 23 in London.

Besides divisional opponents, the Packers will play home games against New Orleans, Tampa Bay, Denver, Oakland and St. Louis. 

The Packers will also play road games against non-divisional opponents Atlanta, Carolina, Kansas City, San Diego and the New York Giants.
