Brewers rained out tonight!

May 3, 2011 By Bill Scott

The Milwaukee Brewers were rained out tonight.  They’ll play a doubleheader on Wednesday against the Atlanta Braves.  Game 1 of the twin bill is 3pm.

Zach Greinke will pitch the second game of the double-header for the Brewers, making his season debut.  Marco Estrada is still scheduled to pitch the opener.  The Brewers will have to clear a roster spot for Greinke.  There’s a good chance they’ll send Estrada back to Triple-A Nashville after he pitches in the opener on Wednesday.

The Brewers lost the series opener to the Braves on Monday 6-2.  They’ll be trying to end a 3-game losing streak on Wednesday.
