The Milwaukee Brewers continued their home dominance of the Pittsburgh Pirates, pulling off a 3-game sweep with a 9-6 win on Sunday.
Ryan Braun homered and tripled, driving in four runs, while Casey McGehee and Jonathan Lucroy also clubbed home runs in the win.
The Brewers have won 9-straight over the Pirates at Miller Park and are 33-3 at home against Pittsburgh dating back to 2007.
Zach Greinke was solid through 4-innings, then struggled through the fifth. It took Greinke 47 pitches to get through the 5th inning alone, surrendering 5-runs.
The Brewers managed to go 5-1 on their 6-game home stand. They’ll head west for a short 4-game road trip with two games against the Dodgers in Los Angeles with game 1 tonight. Then it’s on to San Diego for two games before returning to Milwaukee to host the Colorado Rockies on Friday.
