Homicide attributed to road rage

May 5, 2011 By WRN Contributor

A dispute over driving may have led to the stabbing death of a Racine man. Sean Forester-Hoare is charged with the knifing death of twenty one year-old Jonathan Kwiatkowski last month outside his parents home. The victim’s mother identified the 29 year-old defendant in court, saying “you took my baby’s life because of his driving.” Defense attorney Jonathan LaVoy maintained that the full story hasn’t been told. “Until we know all the details about what happened during this event, the public should withhold judgement, and allow the facts to come out in court,” said LaVoy. Forester-Hoare remains under suicide watch in the Racine County jail. He’ll enter a plea to intentional homicide later this month.
