Packers to get Super Bowl rings June 16th

Even with the lockout in place, the Green Bay Packers will receive their

Super Bowl Ring

Super Bowl rings in a June 16th ceremony at Lambeau Field.

Contact between players and team officials is generally not allowed during a work stoppage, but the team has been granted an exemption by the NFL.

In a statement on the team’s website, President and CEO Mark Murphy says the team is excited to celebrate all the hard work that went into the championship.
