Slain brothers indentified

July 8, 2011 By WRN Contributor

More details have been released in the deaths of two young Madison brothers. The Dane County Coroner says the two little boys killed earlier this week were victims of homicidal violence and that additional testing is underway. The brothers are identified as 4 year-old Kevin McArthur and his 3 year-old brother, Kemaury. Police discovered their bodies in a car early Wednesday morning, in a parking lot on Madison’s east side. That was after the suspect in the case, 28 year-old David Hoem, had turned himself in. Hoem is the boyfriend of the children’s mother, and he and the mother had been involved in a domestic altercation on Monday Hoem picked the boys up from their father’s house on Tuesday, the last time they were seen alive.
