Second year Green Bay Packers linebacker Frank Zombo returned to practice
on Wednesday. His return comes six weeks after suffering a broken scapula in pregame warm ups before the August 19th preseason game against Arizona. The original time-table for his return was supposed to be 8 to 12 weeks.
There’s a chance Zombo could play on Sunday night when the Packers face the Falcons at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.

Zombo could help give the Packers pass rush a boost. The Packers have struggled in that area through the first four games. Zombo recorded 67 tackles and 4 sacks in 13 games last season. He added 6 tackles and a sack in the Super Bowl.
