Badger women fall to BYU

November 24, 2011 By Bill Scott

Wisconsin jumped out to an early lead but couldn’t maintain that pace as the Badger women’s basketball team fell to BYU 77-59 in Provo, Utah.

The Badgers fell t0 1-4 under new coach Bobby Kelsey.

Taylor Wurtz scored 15 of her team leading 18 points in the second half.

The Badgers continue their holiday road trip when they travel to Colorado for the Colorado Omni Classic.  The Badgers will face Montana State Friday night (6pm).
