Herbers wins debut with Admirals

November 30, 2011 By Bill Scott

Ian Herbers won his head coaching debut with the Milwaukee Admirals on Tuesday night with an 8-3 win over Abbortsford.  Herbers was handed he Admirals job after Kirk Muller left after just 17 games to take over the head job with the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes.

Muller lost his debut last night as Carolina fell to Florida 3-1.

The 8-goals for the Admirals doubles their season high for a single game.  The previous high was 4.
