Walden apologizes to Packer Nation

November 30, 2011 By Bill Scott

After spending the weekend in the Brown County Jail, Green Bay Packers linebacker Erik Walden apologized yesterday, after being arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.

AUDIO: Walden’s statement to the media on Tuesday :24

Walden’s attorney, Steve Richards told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he doesn’t expect his client to be charged.

The Packers have not said whether they plan any disciplinary action for Walden.  It’s unclear if he’ll suit up and play this Sunday against the New York Giants.
