Badgers cold shooting continues at Michigan

January 9, 2012 By Bill Scott

The Wisconsin Badgers shooting woes continued Sunday and it led to a 59-41 loss to the Michigan Wolverines in Ann Arbor.

Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 17 points to lead the Wolverines.  Michigan sent Wisconsin to a 3rd straight loss, just the 3rd time that the Badgers have dropped 3-straight in Bo Ryan’s 11-seasons in Madison.

The Wolverines (13-3, 3-1 Big Ten) snapped a 10-game losing streak against Wisconsin.  They held Badger point guard Jordan Taylor to 12 points.

Wisconsin (12-5, 1-3) shot just 31% from the field in the loss.  The Badgers will play at Purdue on Thursday.
