The Milwaukee Bucks saw their 6-game win streak snapped Thursday night at the Bradley Center as they fell at the hands of the Boston Celtics 100-91. The game was the first of the Bucks 3-games in 3-nights stretch.
Brandon Jennings led the way for the Bucks with 19-points in defeat. Ersan Ilyasova posted another double-double with a 12-point, 14-rebound night. Paul Pierce led Boston with game-high 25 points. Former Badger Greg Stiemsma had a solid line for the Celtics with 6-points, 4-rebounds, 3-assists, 4-steals and 5-blocks for the game.
The loss sent the Bucks back to 21-25 on the season and extended Milwaukee’s deficit to 1.5 games behind the New York Knicks for the 8th and final playoff spot in the East. The Bucks are in Charlotte tonight before hosting Indiana Saturday.
