Packers Gain 4 Picks

March 27, 2012 By Bill Scott

The Green Bay Packers were awarded four compensatory picks by the NFL for the upcoming draft.  The Packers four picks include the 132nd and 133rd overall in the 4th round and also a pair of 7th rounders, #241 and #243.  This past offseason, the Packers lost five players to free agency; Daryn Colledge, Korey Hall Brandon Jackson, Cullen Jenkins, and Jason Spitz.  Only the Jets and Browns also received four additional picks along with the Packers. Buffalo Bills free agent left tackle Demetrius Bell is set to make a free agent visit to the Packers. Bell is one of the top unsigned free agents left on the market.
