After 245 wins in 16 seasons at UW-Milwaukee, Sandy Botham is stepping down as women’s basketball coach. Both was offered a job in the University’s Alumni Relations Association and she has accepted.
Botham leaves the women’s program with two years left on her current contract. She is the Horizon League’s all-time winningest women’s coach and has earned Coach of the Year honors three times.
Botham said the school would launch a nationwide search for her successor.
