Bucks drop home finale to Phili

April 26, 2012 By Bill Scott

The Milwaukee Bucks are limping to the finish line.  They dropped their home finale 90-85 to the Philadelphia 76ers at the Bradley Center on Wednesday night.

Evan Turner scored 29 points and Jodie Meeks added 27 points for he 76ers, who were resting some of their top players for the upcoming NBA playoffs.

The Bucks were outscored 26-13 in the 3rd quarter and committed eight turnovers.  They shot just 33% from the field in the frame.

The loss means the Bucks won’t be able to reach the .500 mark for the season.  They’ve fallen 3-games under .500 and will close out the regular season at Boston tonight.

Brandon Jennings had 19 to lead the Bucks in defeat.
