Idle Bucks gain ground in the East

April 4, 2012 By Bill Scott

The Milwaukee Bucks had the night off on Tuesday, but they gained ground on the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference playoff race anyway.

New York blew a 17-point second half lead and lost to the Indiana Pacers 112-104 last night.  That means the Knicks lead over the Bucks in the Eastern Conference playoff race is now down to 1 1/2 games.

The Bucks have 13-games left to play, the first of which is tonight against the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Bradley Center.  The Bucks start a 5-game home stand tonight.
