New London’s Krause stepping down (AUDIO)

April 10, 2012 By Bill Scott

After 12 years and back to back girls Division 2 State Basketball titles, Troy Krause is stepping down.

Krause’s Lady Bulldogs captured the last two WIAA Division 2 State titles, including a 43-39 win over New Berlin Eisenhower last month.  It capped off a perfect 28-0 season and extended the schools overall win streak to 42-straight games.

Krause, who teaches physical education in the New London School District, said he’s resigning to spend more time with his family.
