Wojta Cut By Lynx

May 17, 2012 By Bill Scott

Former UW-Green Bay basketball star Julie Wojta has been cut by the WNBA’s Minnesota Lynx.  The All-American was drafted with the 18th overall pick in last month’s WNBA Draft.  She scored 4 point in a preseason win overChicago on Tuesday night before being release as part of the final cuts.  If Wojta doesn’t get picked up by another team, she may pursue a professional career overseas.
