Woodson Back! (AUDIO)

June 13, 2012 By Bill Scott

After missing the OTAs, Packers veteran defensive back Charles Woodson was back on the practice field for day 1 of mini-camp on Tuesday. Off-season speculation has been that the veteran CB might be seeing more time at safety this year.  Woodson says he will probably play some safety, but that’s no different than he has in the past.  Woodson says losing Nick Collins leaves a hole as he was one of the top 3 safeties in the NFL last year.  Green Bay will practice today and Thursday.  They will then be off until Training Camp opens on July 26th.
