Els Wins British Open

Adam Scott bogied the final four holes allowing Ernie Els to win the British Open.  Els finished the event at 7-under par.  For Els its his 2nd Open Championship and his 4th overall major title.  He’s the 8th player ever to win major golf titles in three different decades.   Scott was 2nd while Tiger Woods and Brandt Snedeker tied for 3rd four shots off the lead.  Steve Stricker tied for 23rd at +2 for the event.
