Rallying for Ryan in Janesville

August 27, 2012 By WRN Contributor

Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan makes a stop in his hometown this morning, before heading to the Republican Party’s national convention.

The Republican vice presidential candidate will be in Janesville for a send-off rally before he leaves for Florida this week. Ryan is scheduled to speak to delegates at the RNC in Tampa on Wednesday night.

The rally to celebrate Ryan’s naming to the GOP presidential ticket will take place around 11 a.m. at Janesville Craig High School.

Tickets are required and guests have been told to expect to go through security checkpoints to enter the rally.
