Cadott football falls victim to low numbers

September 7, 2012 By Bill Scott

The Cadott varsity football team will be taking the rest of the season off.  Low turnout and injuries have hit the program, making it impossible to play a varsity schedule.

The team currently has 14 varsity players and at least three of those players are out with injuries.

Cadott’s athletic director, James Sekel said trying to play a varsity schedule without enough players would not be conducive to the safety and welfare of the players.
